Sessions

  • Single Session

    In a single 75-min session, I will guide you in clearing emotional intensity related to a stressful event or situation using Energy Psychology techniques that will give you a feeling of peace and calm. I will also teach you how to apply this great stress reduction tool so you can use it on your own.

  • 3 Session Package

    In three 75-minute sessions, you will explore and reprogram limitations and gain clarity and insight. I will guide you in finding the root cause of anxious feelings, procrastination, inner-critic, or perfectionism.

    At the beginning of the three sessions, we will co-create a plan to work on the issues and goals that are most important to you, and I will share evidence-based methods to release what's holding you back. I will also give you additional tools and resources specific to your goals to do on your own between sessions.

  • 6 Session Package

    In six 75-minute sessions, you create a HABIT out of emotional freedom and feel focused and motivated.

    Do you want to heal your relationships with people, work, and/or your health? Do you want to get into a flow state to achieve peak performance? Do you want to set goals and work toward all the resistance that gets in your way? Do you want to end the patterns that keep repeating? Do you want to invest more in long-term growth that is sustainable?

    After six sessions, try to imagine how you'd like to feel or show up after six weeks. Get ready for emotional freedom and kick those habitual patterns that keep resurfacing. In our sessions, I will guide you through grounding techniques, we will co-create a plan to work on your vision of the ideal future and outcome that you want. By the end of six sessions, you'll be a pro at managing whatever limitation comes up for you in the future.
